Disability and Aged Care Support Services

  Our experienced and caring Nurses are available to provide care and services to support individuals in the home and the community. Our Registered Nurses are now offering continence assessments. 

Our dedicated wound care team can provide services in the home or from our Wound Care Clinic in Port Macquarie.

We are also available for brokerage services.

 Port Macquarie Wound Care Clinic’s innovative and highly regarded Wound Care Program provides community members with expert and evidence-based care. Our Wound Team will provide a comprehensive assessment and treatment program for a wide range of acute and chronic wounds, as well as manage conditions such as infection.

Our lymphoedema clinic operates on site in our Lord Street premises or our Lymphoedema nurses can visit you in the comfort of your own home. We offer a vast range of lymphoedema services including assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Our ALA accredited lymphoedema specialists focus on your needs and tailor a treatment program that suits you and our practitioners are able to prescribe and monitor your individual compression garments. We offer mobile lymphoedema massage across the Mid North Coast. 

 We offer support and nursing care services for aged care and NDIS clients living in their own home.  We provide a full range of support and nursing care services including personal care.  The level of support we offer varies, depending on those individual needs.

We provide support for social and community activities including sports, movies, events, travel to family/friends, grocery shopping, cooking classes, employment support, swimming lesson and art classes. 

Our support staff can help to keep your home clean and tidy. No job is too small or too big.  

We can help with home maintenance, gardening, mowing and even help you pick out plants and build a garden together.
