Disability and Aged Care Support Services

  Our experienced and caring Nurses are available to provide care and services to support individuals in the home and the community. Our Registered Nurses are now offering continence assessments. 

Our dedicated wound care team can provide services in the home or from our Wound Care Clinic in Port Macquarie.

We are also available for brokerage services.

 Port Macquarie Wound Care Clinic’s innovative and highly regarded Wound Care Program provides community members with expert and evidence-based care. Our Wound Team will provide a comprehensive assessment and treatment program for a wide range of acute and chronic wounds, as well as manage conditions such as infection.

Our lymphoedema clinic operates on site in our Lord Street premises or our Lymphoedema nurses can visit you in the comfort of your own home. We offer a vast range of lymphoedema services including assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Our ALA accredited lymphoedema specialists focus on your needs and tailor a treatment program that suits you and our practitioners are able to prescribe and monitor your individual compression garments. We offer mobile lymphoedema massage across the Mid North Coast. 

 We offer support and nursing care services for aged care and NDIS clients living in their own home.  We provide a full range of support and nursing care services including personal care.  The level of support we offer varies, depending on those individual needs.

We provide support for social and community activities including sports, movies, events, travel to family/friends, grocery shopping, cooking classes, employment support, swimming lesson and art classes. 

Come and enjoy our capacity building classes with a range of great classes such as cooking & safe meal prep, sewing skills, get active with our Thursday walking group or join us for a whole day out with our Fun Fridays where we go out for a fun activity, see a new town, experience something new all while building friendships. These sessions are so much fun, they help in building capacity for everyday tasks that we all find difficult at times. Our building is fully accessible with wheelchair ramp and modified bathroom for easy access.

Learn some new art and craft skills with support from our team. Our classes include scrapbooking, painting, mixed media, resin, tie dye, drawing and clay classes. 

These are all age, all ability classes.

We have weekday morning and afternoon sessions in our art centre.

Our support staff can help to keep your home clean and tidy. No job is too small or too big.  

We can help with home maintenance, gardening, mowing and even help you pick out plants and build a garden together.

 We understand how important respite is for our clients but also their families and carers.  We offer in home respite from hourly right through to 2 weeks.  We can provide respite in your home and we also have a range of amazing accommodation options from Taree right up to the Gold Coast in Queensland. We will organise a range of planned activities and places to visit based on your preferences.
