Our staff are trained and experienced Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses who can provide support with medication preparation and administration, wound care - simple to complex, diabetes management, continence assessments and catheter care, post-op care and gentle, respectful palliative care.

Port Macquarie Wound Care Clinic’s innovative and highly regarded Wound Care Program provides community members with expert and evidence-based care. Our Wound Team will provide a comprehensive assessment and treatment program for a wide range of acute and chronic wounds, as well as manage conditions such as infection.

We are a Registered NDIS Provider and we provide a wide range of services from personal care, domestic assistance, community access, skill building and capacity building, respite & short term accommodation.

Veterans and war widows have access to a wonderful range of quality health care and other services through the DVA Community Nursing Program. We work closely with DVA to assess, implement and deliver the optimum level of nursing care that you or your family member deserves.

Our staff are dedicated to providing the same quality support whilst using COVID-Safe practises. All essential services and support can continue in line with NSW COVID-19 social distancing and safety guidelines. All of our staff have completed the COVID-19 Infection Control Training, and use personal protective equipment (PPE) and social distancing practises where appropriate.
