Port Macquarie DNS community nursing team provide high quality and impeccable care to NDIS, Aged Care, DVA and brokerage services across the Mid North Coast.

Our nursing team consists of Nurse Specialists and Registered Nurses who specialise in a range of areas such as complex wound care, lymphoedema management and treatment, continence assessments, IDC and SPC and management and palliative care services.

Our aim is to provide the highest of level of care to you, while helping to keep you out of hospital and comfortable in your own home. 

We work in collaboration with your General Practitioner and any Medical Specialists you have involved in your care. We work together with these practitioners to develop a plan centred around your individual healthcare needs.

The team at Port Macquarie DNS offer a complete multi-disciplinary healthcare approach to provide you a customised health plan for you as an individual and your areas of need.

We use up to date practices and regularly liaise with wound care product providers to ensure you have wound care products suitable for you.
